Enexis delivers electricity and gas to your home via an underground network. We always do our best to maintain this network properly and replace the pipes on time. That is why we are replacing from the 2e<\/sup> The gas pipeline in your street will be renovated in mid-May. This letter concerns that matter, and we have an invitation for you.<\/p>\n

You are welcome at City Hall on Wednesday, May 6, from 19:00 to 21:00. We are organizing a meeting then to answer all your questions regarding the works listed below. We are informing all stakeholders in the center of Sittard.<\/p>\n

When are we going to work?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We will start in the second half of May and expect everything to be finished by the end of September or beginning of October. We will not be working from Monday, July 27 to Friday, August 21. That is the construction holiday.<\/p>\n

Accessibility<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. The homes are always accessible on foot and by hand via temporary footbridges.<\/li>\n
  2. The intersection of Plakstraat \u2013 Rosmolenstraat \u2013 Nieuwstraat \u2013 Markt remains open.<\/li>\n
  3. Plakstraat up to Putstraat 75, at the passage to the Putstraat parking lot, is closed to traffic from 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM. All traffic is guided by traffic controllers.<\/li>\n
  4. Permit holders in the Plakstraat and Putstraat Parking Zone may park outside their own zone or can opt for free parking in the ABC parking garage.<\/li>\n
  5. Residents of Plakstraat and Putstraat with their own parking space or driveway may use the ABC parking garage free of charge from 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM. The contractor will provide you with entry tickets. From 16:15 to 7:30, the private parking spaces are accessible as usual.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. In phases 1a and 1b, parking is possible in phases 2A and 3. When we are working, you can only use the street. driving out<\/u>. In phase 2a, parking is possible in phases 1a and 1b.<\/span>. You can only see the street there when we are working. drive in<\/u> and turn around. Outside working hours, entering and exiting remains possible.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. In phases 2a and 3, phases 1b and 1a are the driving route from the section of Putstraat where the catering establishments are located. You may temporarily drive in the opposite direction here.   9. In phase 3, phase 2b is closed to cars. To allow exiting the Putstraat Parking Lot, the entrance from President Kennedysingel is being widened to temporary<\/u> To leave the parking lot by turning right. This means that the current entrance will become a temporary entrance and exit.<\/li>\n
  10. We coordinate our activities with the market and the layout of the stalls on Plakstraat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Barriers are in place for a reason and may not be moved. Do you have any questions during the works?<\/p>\n

    • Then you can visit the A.Hak construction trailer next to the parking lot on Putstraat on Wednesdays from 13:00 to 14:00.<\/li>\n
    • You may also speak to the site manager regarding the work being carried out outside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • In phases 1a and 1b, Plakstraat is closed to deliveries while we are working. The route for supplying premises in the section of Putstraat where the hospitality establishments are located in phases 1a and 1b is: Markt \u2013 Paardestraat \u2013 Putstraat \u2013 President Kennedysingel.<\/li>\n
        • In phases 2a, 2b, and 3, after supplying the Market, the transports follow the route turning right via Plakstraat up to the Plakstraat intersection. Traffic controllers will guide these transports as they drive temporary<\/u> in the opposite direction. There is also little room because the contractor himself must also use this route for his transport, from phase 1a towards phase 2a.<\/li>\n
        • During the works in phases 2a and 3, transport for deliveries, loading, unloading, and parking in the section of Putstraat is via the Markt \/ Paardenstraat.<\/li>\n
        • We are arranging private and permit parking for residents in phases 1a through 3 with replacement parking spaces and the option to park in the ABC parking garage.<\/li>\n
